Peter E. Kramer
A memorial service will be held for Peter E. Kramer on Sunday, May 18, 2003 at
Mueller Funeral Home, Grafton. Family will receive friends beginning at noon,
with a service to follow at 2 p.m. conducted by the deacon from St. Joseph’s
Church. Mr. Kramer passed away May 12, 2003 at St. Mary’s Hospice-Milwaukee
after a short battle with cancer.
He was born Dec. 1, 1942 in Madison, the son of the late George and Ruth
(Jones) Kramer. He graduated from Madison West High School, joined the Air
Force, then graduated from the Wisconsin School of Electronics in Madison. He
married Virgene (Jean) Berard on June 24, 1967 in Wausau. They lived in
Madison for two years, North Plainfield, N.J., for five years and then moved
to Grafton in 1975. Most recently, he worked for the Frantz Group in Grafton.
Survivors include: wife Virgene (Jean) of Grafton; children Sue Kramer of
Brown Deer, Mike Kramer (fiancˇe Susanne Chmidling) of Wauwatosa; brothers
Steve Kramer (Joanne) of Elkhorn, Scott Kramer (Margaret) of Madison;
brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws Judy (Berard) and Jeff Zilisch of Ringle;
Linda (Berard) and John Gesicki of Rothschild; Bonnie (Berard) and Bruce
Beyersdorff of Wausau; and Jon Berard (Kathy) of Hudson, and 12 nieces and
nephews.
